Bursa Clean Energy Electricity Generation Industry and Trade Inc. was established on July 15, 2003. We started our operations after receiving the Production License from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority on March 25, 2008.
Our company headquarters is in Bursa. Our field of activity is renewable energy. Our facility is located at 17th Km of Bandırma-Çanakkale highway, opposite Bezirciköyü, Emirler location, Çarıkköy Mansion, Çarıkköy-Bandırma / BALIKESİR.
Our total installed capacity is 25 MW mechanical, 24 MW electrical power. Our facility includes 1 unit of 154 KV switchgear, administrative building and 10 wind turbines of 2.5 MW each. Our estimated annual electricity generation is 90 million kilowatt-hours.
Our company started electricity generation in February 2010. We signed a carbon credit agreement with Global Tan Energy Limited company to benefit both our society and nature by using renewable energy sources.
Carbon credit certificates are given as Gold Certificate by international certification institutions within the framework of the Kyoto Protocol to clean renewable electricity generation projects that do not produce CO2 emissions that cause global warming.
With this power plant, by starting renewable clean energy production, we prevent the emission of approximately 65,000 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere every year.
